This issue usually happens when the authorization of the software to Facebook was incorrect. Please take note of the steps below.
- After entering the App's ID & Secret in Social Post Manager, DO NOT click 'Authorize App' - ONLY click 'Save' to save your App.
- After this, go into the Social Post Manager app to create posts (guides for this in the Members Area (http://socialpostmanager.com/member-login/) too).
- The software will automatically ask you to add what page you want the post to go out to.
- You need to follow the steps we set out on this page: http://socialpostmanager.com/fb-settings/
